AN ACT to repeal section twenty-seven, article one-a, chapter
eleven of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred
thirty-one, as amended, relating to repeal of archaic language
relating to the appraisal control and review commission and
related subcommittees.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That section twenty-seven, article one-a, chapter eleven of
the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, be repealed.
§1. Repeal of section creating the appraisal control and review
commission and related subcommittees.
Section twenty-seven, article one-a, chapter eleven of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as
amended, is hereby repealed.
